An important part of our extend Customer Service to you our valued customers, is to encourage and support as much as possible, the longevity of your jewellery and accessories. As a result, here are some tips that will significantly contribute to the care and maintenance of your precious Rêve®™ jewellery:

The Rêve®™ custom made designs that are made of natural elements such as seeds, wood, shells; are all carefully selected to ascertain the highest quality. Markings and irregularities may be evident as a result of nature’s characteristics and should not be considered imperfections.

To maintain the longevity of your jewels we therefore recommend:

• Avoiding prolonged exposure to intensities including heat, light and humidity
• Avoiding contact with oily substances, chemicals and other solvents
• Stow jewellery and accessories in dry cool areas; try to clean after wearing.
• Avoid wearing jewellery when participating in extreme activities such as exercising and swimming

REPAIRS/RETURNS

Rêve Jewellery & Accessories©™ designs are made to be enjoyed for a lifetime. If items are damaged within 10 days of purchasing, do contact the main office/retailer (of purchase) with your proof of purchase (receipt) and item for replacement and/or repairs to be conducted.

For shipped items, additional time has to be allotted and a separate charge for shipping and handling may be incurred.
